Yes — by appointment. If you need a specific piece retrieved, call or text us with at least 48 hours' notice and we'll deliver it to you, or schedule a time for you to visit the facility. For long-term storage clients, partial retrievals are common — we pull specific items and deliver them without moving everything out. You're never locked out of your belongings for a minimum duration.

Yes. Our cargo insurance extends through the full storage period — from the moment we load your items to the moment they're placed at your new address. You don't need to purchase separate storage insurance. Ask for proof of coverage documentation when you book — we provide it upfront. High-value items (art, antiques, jewelry) should be disclosed at booking so we can confirm coverage limits apply.

We cannot store: propane tanks or fuel containers, flammable liquids or aerosols, household chemicals (bleach, solvents, acids), perishable food or beverages, live plants, ammunition, firearms without proper documentation, or open paint cans. Before any storage job, we inventory your load and flag any prohibited items so you have time to arrange alternatives. Everything else — furniture, electronics, appliances, clothing, boxes, equipment — is fine.

Yes — schedule with us at least 48 hours in advance. We load your items from the facility, transport them to your address, and place them in the rooms you specify — the same full-service delivery you'd get on any move. You don't need to visit the facility, rent a truck, or coordinate anything beyond the pickup call. For partial retrievals, just tell us which items you need and we'll pull those specifically.
