We recommend waiting 2–4 weeks after the move before tuning so the piano can acclimate to its new environment. We're happy to refer a trusted OC piano tuner when you book.
Yes — stair carries are one of the most common challenges in OC piano moves. Upright pianos require a minimum 3-person crew on stairs; baby grands and full grands require 4. We assess the staircase angle, width, and landing configuration in advance. For exterior staircases in Newport Beach coastal homes or multi-level OC estates, we bring the right equipment and crew size to do it safely — no improvising.
