A 3-bedroom craftsman on Irvine Ave in Eastside CM — narrow driveway, mature trees overhanging the path, and a garage converted into a studio. We disassembled the studio furniture in-place (the doorway was only 28 inches wide), staged items on the front lawn, and completed the full pack and load in under four hours. Delivered to Laguna Niguel same day.
South Coast Metro High-Rise — 10th Floor Move-Out
A high-rise apartment near the South Coast Plaza corridor with a 30-minute elevator window per HOA rules. We pre-staged items in the hallway, ran two crews simultaneously — one loading the elevator, one wrapping — and cleared all 1,100 sq ft in under 25 minutes of elevator time. Moved to a townhome in Irvine without a second day.
Arts District Loft — Industrial Staircase, No Elevator
A 2-bedroom loft near The Lab Anti-Mall with an open-tread steel staircase, exposed brick walls, and a custom-built mezzanine bed frame. We disassembled the mezzanine in sections, padded the stair railings and brick walls, and moved everything to a new home in Newport Beach without a single scratch. One of the more creative moves we've done in OC.
